  1. Hi @w3wilkes, the search is functional on this site. It's probably better than Google because it will include hidden areas not visible to non-members. But, you have to select the correct option when searching. For instance, if you have a topic (thread) open, the search will always default to the current topic. Here's what it looks like when I click search while reading this topic, for instance. Notice that it has "this topic" selected... The forum search is specific to the area you are in. If you want to search the entire site, you can go to our home page and click search, or, you can just select "All Content" under the drop down, like this:

I was recently introduced to the Griots Garage product line. They have some pretty killer stuff. https://www.griotsgarage.com/
  3. Welcome to the club, @Justen.. I'm glad to see there are some Z fanatics in Guam.
  4. I just updated the post with larger images from the seller. He says he is negotiable on the price. Thanks. Mike
  5. How's the alignment in the shifter cutout? I used to have this problem because of the rubber boot. Fixed it with a revised shaft that fits better.
  6. Owch!!! I figured it would be the Chinese flag....
  7. Photobucket has gone downhill lately. I was recently browsing pictures on their site and there were WAAAYY to many ads. It was frustrating so I just closed the website. Guys, picture hosting on our club is FREE for members. You have your own albums and I back up this site every night. Take a look at our photos area, you'll be very pleased with the way it works. My favorite is the way you can drag and drop multiple pictures into a gallery without compressing, or resizing, the images. I can host images at no cost because we own the server and do not pay overages for storage or bandwidth. Most other sites have gone to a pay system because they are hosting their servers on the cloud. Cloud servers are convenient, but, cost too much money in the long run. I also do this for a living, which is why I know how to make it work.
  8. Hi all, I am posting this for a fellow member @stanleyp. He sent me a reply today when our club sent him a happy birthday message. 9. Man, if I was still living in a big house, I would also be all over this deal. I'm in the city now with not much room to set up a darkroom. Fond memories of a time long ago.. @siteunseen, have you considered Craigslist or Buynothing (http://www.buynothingproject.org) ? m
  10. Love it!! Wish I could have made it (as always)..
  11. Awesome! Can you upload a few to our gallery too? m
  12. I could break up the parts but i think there's probably someone out there who would be interested in the whole package. If you're interested please PM me. Thanks. Sent from my iPhone using Classic Zcar Club mobile
  13. Here are some pics of the car it came off.. New fuel injectors at the time (probably 10 years ago). I ended up parting out the car and the fuel injection system was the only parts I still have in storage.
  14. Unfortunately I left Oregon and am now back in Washington. I'll have to check the manifold when I go back in a month or so...
  15. By the way, thanks for all the help guys! I thought this car was a '78 but it looks more like it was a '75 or '76. It's been a LONG time since I got rid of it, so, my memory seriously lapsed here. I was going to convert mine to fuel injection, but, I don't need that kind of project right now. I'd most certainly have to replace the tank and fuel pump, which is something I don't want to do right now. The triple Mikuni's are doing well.
  16. Ok, so who wants to buy it? I'm cleaning out my storage by August so I need it gone. Looks like I need to adjust the title to say '75 EFI, will do that now.

  19. Hmm. It's been a long time so my memory of the car has faded. It could be a 76. Here are some more photos. Sent from my iPhone using Classic Zcar Club mobile

Wishing him a speedy recovery! Come back to the world of Z's when you are!!
  22. Amazing art shown here! Very nice work...
  23. Sorry I did some upgrades and broke something. It should be working now.
  24. Hey Don, you know I just did a search and didn't come up with much about u-joint replacement process. For such a common thing that needs replacing on a Z, I figured we would have a few at least! This looks like a good opportunity to start some more discussion. The search results, feel free to rummage through them: http://www.classiczcars.com/search/?&q=u-joints&page=2&sortby=relevancy Back when I did this work, I found out that cheap u-joints are not the answer. If you use the cheap ones, you'll do the job twice.. one with the cheap brand, and a second time with the quality brand.
