    Indeed, it translates as "Fog Lamp Switch" and other factory literature identifies them as being an extra-cost showroom option.

    Just to add to the discussion, here are a couple instrument panel pics from a 1970 JDM Fairlady Z brochure that I have. @HS30-H, Alan are you able to translate item 17. I'm guessing "optional fog light switch" 🙂
