260z horn, signals, wipers not working

Recommended Posts

yup also the broken wire off the turn signal area also fixes that..  so signals now work...

next thing is   WHY DID SOMEWONE PUT A WiRE FROM BLACK WHITE ON IGNITION TO THE GREEN AT THE SIGNAL RELAY???

ALso... NO RUNNING LIGHTS...    THAT WIRE on relay goes up to ignition and taps into a black/white..  were they getting no power to signals???

It's a flasher.  I'm going to guess that somebody tired tried to bypass the Hazard switch.  @SteveJ

The Hazard switch seems to have some complex circuits inside, I've never had one part, but the Green wire seems to be involved.  The switches get dirty inside and stop working.  I'm going to guess that somebody was bypassing the Hazard switch.  Does the Hazard switch cause the lights to flash?
