They are 15” and are not steel and I am guessing there used to be a center cap of some sort

I don't recall ever seeing those wheels. Couldn't find them using Google search. Any ID numbers or letters on them?

Ok I think I found them from a company called “Golden Wheel” not much coming up on them though

I did the same thing, Mark and I couldn't find it either.  Definitely a unique wheel! 

Thanks for searching there is almost no info out there about these. Kinda interesting looking that’s for sure.

They sort of look like the wheels that came on some Audi Quattros of the 1980`s.

 The wedge-shaped spokes are similar to other Porche wheels but in these, the narrow end of the spokes are on the rim side. All the others I've seen have the wide end of the spoke at the rim side.

I was thinking of these rims, found on the glorious S1 Quattros of antiquity.  But they have too many spokes.
