Yes it did say 9/70.   Maybe it's one of the 71 w/ all the series 1 parts on it?

9/70 would have been sold as a 1971.

I think that's a reasonably priced parts car. E31 and probably 4 screws carbs. Steering wheel and shift knob look original. I bet it's got the clean balance tube too.

Getting it on a trailer without breaking in half would tough. Someone local will snatch that up pretty quick I think.
