Sadly my vin plate has overspray on it.  I have been trying to think how to get it off and not ruin the plate.  I added the HLS30-20212 to my signature though.

Reproduction plates are available. It is unlikely you can get the overspray off without removing the black paint from the data plate...

Try some mineral spirits on a Q-tip to gently work thru the overspray and not put a lot of pressure on the printed elements of the plate.

This is a little bit of bragging. But I changed out a bulb, and this light bucket looks brand new.  How crazy.

Not sure if one can call it refurbish project. More like wash and wax![emoji16] Great find.

Got my BC Coilover kit!! I should have the fronts done this weekend.  Still waiting on the auto shop to have the bearings pressed out.

Great pictures and outstanding job bringing this classic back to life.

My "71 Series I  is a sister to yours and spends too many months in garage without activity.

But it still starts and runs good after 188,000 miles without major engine overhaul.

Did have to move it 2 weeks ago to get access to hurricane shutters in prep for Irma
