Has anyone purchased the door panel vinyl skins from "Z Car Source". I believe they are $145, not bad price.

I did some half-hearted searching but haven't seen any reviews on those, though their seat covers are quite good.

I suggest you look at the trim panels sold by Mike at Banzai Motorsports.  They're very close to the originals in appearance (not the case for the panels offered by many of the other vendors) and they include the embossed chrome trim strip.  Price is very competitive at $275 for a pair and Mike is a good guy to deal with...

RoadsterWerx in SoCal also sells these both direct from them as well as on eBay.  Here's a link to a recent eBay ad.  I have not seen any reviews but they certainly look like a great reproduction.

I have not bought door skins, but I bought the firewall engine harness grommet, was really impressed.

Mike does mail orders from USPS, just email him before hand.

Once again any help is appreciated my original drivers door panel is all but gone. Just totally thrashed. Would I need to source a new panel before trying to get a cover?

I wanted to chime in here. I just bought these from www.Zcardepot.com  They look really well made. I will see if they fit this Friday when I try to install them.

 

 

These come with new window felt and a really nice chrome strip.
