Are you running traditional lacquer as a finished top coat or catalyzed clear coat?

It is catalyzed clearcoat. I posted a picture of it a couple of pages back.

Missed that.

Good. Lacquer is easy to work with and very forgiving but really not used much anymore because of lack of durability...

I like your green very much, but it is the lightest version of 240 green I have ever seen... Again, mine is a water based mix so that may have some play here but I'm not sure. It DOES look very close to the 2335 on the nose of the fender (to which I am partial) The other colours I sprayed look nothing like their paint chip samples either!

That's what I mean by lighting makes such a difference.  The 240 color can go dark or light depending on light quality.  Direct sunlight will make it dance, if it's cloudy it's just........green.

The other two were wild cards. The paint chips looked good in the catalog but I'm not digging the test sprays! I may end up spraying some new test strips.

Couple more shots in the sun.

I am very partial to a dark green car, and I think if I ever decide to paint a car myself I'd decide on something similar to the darkest green you have sampled.

Look forward to seeing what you go with :)

Thanks for the feedback everyone! I am humbly impressed with the quality of the test panel. Without taking any real steps to prevent contamination and dust, the finish looks very good! Needs a little colour sanding and maybe a third coat of clear... but, wow!

The green in the font is most appealing of them. The one next to is nice, but just a bit too bright/light of a green to me.
