No it isn't. "Frame-off" implies body-on-frame construction. Z's are unibody, so the correct term would be "Ground-up" restoration. Also notice that the "restoration" was 10 years ago and included many changes. this is not a restored car, it's a restomod.

Either way, I want some of what he's smoking!

Isn't this the same car that was at a Mecum auction a while ago and the bidding got up to 45k and it did not meet the owners reserve!
