Dead Datto's

240kconvertible

I went down and looked at Ben's(otomoto) 240k today and im missing the strips on the outsides of the doors. I guess that is the stripe your talking about.

Also so two chrome/steel bits on the rear fenders for my car are totaly twistered so somthing with a few dents would be better.

pedal box shifter also keen. Joys of buy a car in pieces neither of us really sure what was there.

Cheers Brad

Wooden gear knob for me too (5spd) if you can fine one please.

But I'll be betting they have already gone or are rotten.

They are available on ebay ,

I saw the price, and said to myself "what a joke"

I might go back to cut out the bits at the bottom of the B pillar on the gold one as I don't have the split in the line on the vert and I want it.

If you see anything you want let me know and I will weigh up if I can be bothered going out and getting it for you.

I'm probably after the same section? I need the dogleg section for the drivers side (eg cut horizontal from the top of the wheel arch forward to the door, with a couple of inches of the inner wheel well left on) . The section of the blue on doesn't look too bad. If you can be bothered cutting it up?

I should be going back out in a couple of weeks, I'm cutting off the two doglegs on the one of the coupes for the vert but I will be happy to cut one off the others for you, there were pretty rusted though.

Kent , do you still need the rail? I have one for you

I also have a pretty good drivers door too
