Okay, so this is not "vintage" with respect that it happened today, but here is Greg Ira battling Doc Bundy in a Group 3 Sprint Race at the 2021 Mitty. Greg started 5th or 6th, battled his way up to 3rd, and finally got up to second. This is footage from turn 10A/B at Road Atlanta on the final lap.
