I am looking for a distributor/oil pump drive shaft for a Turbo 280ZX. The distributor/oil pump driveshaft has splines on both ends. If you have one to sell please forward me a photo of the shaft and I will respond ASAP. Thank you

I am about to have my 280z repainted. I need a right hand headlight bucket, a upper cowl ( the piece the windshield wiper shafts go) through and the lower apron(lower middle portion behind bumper). I need rust free used or new. Does anyone know if these pieces are available new after market? Thanks Fury

Hi guys A while back I bought the Wolfcreek Racing CV halfshafts and they've worked great. But now I am swapping my struts over to the later larger diameter style and the companion flange that came with them is the 6 bolt type Stock 240Z is 4 bolt and that's what the WCR CV halfshafts are meant to bolt up to... So it looks like I need a pair of ZX Automatic 4 bolt companion flanges... Or I need to have a new adapter made... Any thoughts on this? Anyone have a spare set they'd like to sell me? Thanks in advance, -e

Hi, If you have one or can suggest where I can purchase one it would be appreciated. Assuming it is the same as the passenger's door, it has 4 coils. Thanks, George

Hey all, I'm parting out a '73 240z in Ottawa, Canada Too much rust, too far gone. It still has a lot a good parts if there's anything anyone is looking for before I donate the metal to kidney car in the spring. Also have a new set of floor pans and supports from Zedd Findings I obviously won't be using if anyone wants a discounted set.

Its basically the last step for my 240Z turbo project. The new motor and transmission and everything are in the car, but since its fuel-injected, I can't use the stock 240Z gas tank. I need a gas tank from a 1975 or 1976 280Z (the 1977 and 1978 tanks are shaped different and won't fit). A 280ZX tank also won't fit. I actually bought one back in February on Ebay. Or so I thought. He had it listed as a '76 280Z tank in the ad. Well, when my mechanic pulled it out to install on the car, he found out its actually a 240Z gas tank, like the one I already have, that won't work. So I have two of them!:stupid: If anyone has a '75 or '76 tank available they want to get rid of.....p…

When I purchased my '72 240z, the previous owner included a NOS Jidosha Kiki fuel pump which wasn't hooked up. It looks brand new and I'm thinking of swapping over from mechanical to an electric fuel pump. Is it worth me hooking this thing up or should I just but a new universal pump? It says unit number 379-00160, Transistor Fuel Pump on the label. I'm curious if anyone has information on this pump, suchas whats it from, how many PSI will it deliver, etc. If a newer electronic pump will be more reliable, I may have to put this one up on the classifieds. Any idea what these things go for? Thanks!

I still need the coil and to change to a 12-80 vice 12-92 ? ?What else is needed IE add wiring to the neutral start switch etc....I have searched...

Finally got around to looking deeper into it and found that the "F" stamped cam is for a P79 head. My car is a 1978 280Z with an N47 head along with all other N47 parts. My question is, are there any advantages to the PO doing this or is it something to not worry about? I have the valve lash adjusted to what called for in the manual.

This is kind of a sanity or fact check. I have, I believe a 260Z Radio that I want to swap into a 240Z. Has anyone used a later 260Z AM/FM radio - to replace an earlier 1972 Radio? I am looking at a AM/FM Radio for a 1972 240Z - and AM/FM Radios from I believe a 260Z & 280Z.??? 1972 Radio Model Number: KM-1520-ZC 1974/75 Radio Model Number: KM-15020-ZD 1976 Radio Model Number: KM-1520-ZE While they have slightly different mounting brackets screwed to the sides { they are screw-on interchangeable} - the Radios look very much the same in terms of exterior dimensions. The Face Plates are a different shape for the different dash styles, but again they can be swapped …

Since I had to take off my front bumper to paint my engine bay, and I never intended on keeping the park benches anyhow; I am not putting my park bench back on ever again. That being said I do not have any 240z bumper brackets to look at, so I have no idea how the horns will go back on. I guess it is no different than a 240Z?
