I drive my Z's year round. The 1990 in the summer, has AC, and the 1976 in the winter , has Heat, but I get no snow and blazing hot summers so I guess if you love your Z move down south to Savannah, GA

Not enough info to risk that money for it. I understand that Subaru has parts to fit Datsun, Nissan and many other Applications but who wants to spend 100.00 bucks just to find out its not the right model or year.

Here in GA my 76 just needed a bill of sale to registar it and not a title. It was considered to old for a title.

I have done it in all of my running Datsuns, except for the latest one I have. What about you BILL have you done it yet???

You can get new lines custom made and they are not that bad to put in as said before. As far as the tank, drop it and POR-15 it. My local radiator shop will still boil the tank at special request but if you were to bring the tank to them and say clean it of rust they will fill it with muriatic acid and rinse it about 5 or 6 times. So if you think you can handle it do it yourself and save $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$

I could not get the electric window to roll down in the 300ZX this weekend. After about 2 days of exhilarating fun I said to heck with it. Put everything back together and found out that I hit the window lock button 2 days before so the child would not play with it.

What I find interesting is the steering wheel is in very nice condition. Wow what a project that would be.

tah, I think you are missing a couple of screws You are going to have to lay on your back and take a good look at whats up in there. Maybe you will find whats holding you down.

That tank does not look NOS (New Old Stock) it looks more like UOS (Used Old Stock). Would like to see the inside of it. If there were pictures of that then the price would be a bit more by now.. If it was new there would be no sending unit in it. The pads on the top would be cleaner and the drain plug would not be there.

I think he could get 45K for this car (not from me). He won best of show and best paint on the West coast, cool for him that's only a little part of this world. Nothing againt the West coast guys but if he built this car to sell then he should go win a few more car shows and give the car some history and exposure. If money is not the issue for selling then he should have been at the Z Nationals in Datona this month and should have made the NPOI nationals in Atlanta last month. Hit a couple of other shows and win some prizes then try and sell it. Thats what I would have done.

Ken I have a quick question for you. With the car off, can you shift thru the gears with no clutch? 1. Now from reading your post I can see the car is in neutral so you won't need the clutch to move it. There is the possability that the brakes are stuck (probly the drums). You also could have some frozen U-joints keeping things locked up. The diff might be stuck or the something fell while I was gone and is sitting under a tire keeping it stationary :stupid:. 2. You should bleed the slave and see if its working correctly. 3. They could be related but I don't know. 4. Only the Z GOD knows that one.

Arnie I never paid over 300.00 for a single parts cars I bought in West,TX In California I bought 2 cars for 600.00 and made 1 complete running Z that I had for 6 years.
