The A-509 is the best tire by far I ever had on my Z. Super sticky. I have 2 in my garage w/few miles in size 205/60-14 if anybody is interested. I just cannot find another pair to match. I put new Sumimotos on it last year. Very good but not like the old A-509's.

  13. This past Sunday I stopped over at Road America to watch Marty Rogan and Bill Oaks tear up the track at the annual MFBA October open track day event. They ran hard all day and never had to do more than check fluids and torque lug nuts. Many others were changing pads, rotors, tires etc. Some more pictures of the 2 Zcars can be seen at this MFBA club members gallery. http://www.camarohighway.com/MFBA/2005/RA2005Oct/
  14. I finally decided to install headlight relays recently. After looking at a few of the methods, I chose to go with the upgrade written by Stephen Judkins posted over at Zhome. I purchased a pair of relays with sockets from Summit Racing and spliced them in according to his diagram. I am very pleased with the result. Full 12 volts at the headlights and the tail lights and markers are much brighter also. As the previous post says, if you feel you are electrically challenged then the purchase of a prewired harness would be better for you. Since my car already has mods, I really don't mind cutting into the existing wiring. Picture attached. I just have to finish wrapping wires.
  15. I am sure Rob N was asking about the newly released silverstone and anson sprint wheels from American Racing. http://www.americanracing.com/wheels/wheels.asp?currentPage=2&section=V
  16. Here is another very early picture of #33.
  17. If the jet is a 40 size, then you are probably talking about the pump jet and not the pilot.
