I have a 76 280 that has had the nose, in front of the shock towers pushed to one side (the previous owner hit a guy wire for a power pole) I need the measurement center to center for the front bumper mounts, and maybe a cross measurement from the firewall to the core support. any help would be greatly appreciated!

I recently bought a pair of front fenders from 1autobodyparts.com they were $107 each not a bad price,I am not sure if they carry rocker pannels but it might be worth checking out

Robs advice is right on the money, just remember to not try to go to fast, it is easy to burn through or cause some major warping, good luck

to me it looks like the hood is carbon fiber with clear gel coat not painted like the steel parts -
the front end of my 76 280 has been "pushed over" a little, the previous owner hit a guy wire for a utility pole, I need the measurement of the front bumper mounts (shocks)center to center if any one has these measurements I would greatly appreciate it

I recently found someone who used to make fiberglass parts, and he has some parts in storage there are 6 fenders and at least 1 hood ,he gave me a price of $100 each (not a bad price) I thought someone here might be interested, the name of the shop is Dons custom shop in Belle Plaine Kansas phone # 620-488-3570

I am also trying to decide on a color for my 76 280 that blue would really look sharp, I am thinking of doing mine white on top(hood fenders hatch) and a medium metallic blue on the side.

I have a 76 280(currently doing the bodywork &paint) and the temp/oil & the fuel gauges do not work,however the volt gauge does work,I wondered if this was a common problem or if anyone could tell me a good place to start tracing the problem

If you have blasting done,get it in writing that they will not warp your parts, i recently had a shop here in NC blast sevral parts from my 76 280, they did a great job on everything except the hood, it is warped so bad that I can see the braces through the top of the hood, from now on I think I will stick with chemical methods if possible, best of luck Adam
