I'm wondering if you can spin them on a potter's wheel type contraption and sand the non-painted areas smooth then go for another re-chorme once smooth? The painted areas can be sanded and filled like regular body work so it is only the non-painted areas that need the extra attention.

Good news. We decided to pass on F1 in Montreal for Austin ZCon.... Double trouble coming at you from NS.

I think the TPS and Air Temp alone would be too coarse for good a/f monitoring. Most cars have these with MAP or AFM and knock sensor along with the standard coolant temp.

I think a nice autocross race between the 280zx and this 300zx from ZCON 2015 is in order. The 300 may have a turbo though.
