I'm a forum princess and should be treated that way.

Z's on BAT and other places collection
Or...I could title it in Alabama with a bill of sale written on a Burger King bag, pre 1975 no title required just a bill of sale. There's a lot of stolen Northern cars down here still. My Dad said it was rampant in the '70s thru early '80s. My '72 was tiltled with a hand written bill of sale on back of a packing slip. Carried that to the Courthouse and paid $20? then got an Alabama title in my name in a couple of weeks.

Filling the differential & transmission
Well that's convenient as hell! I'm only finding Amsoil though, no Red line.

Getting the 73 Back on the Road
Mines a tail of caution as to how bad they can get with just rotten gas after 10 plus years of sitting in a barn. It cleaned up after reading and looking at great phots on Blue's Tech Tips.

Modern formula for safari gold
Does this look close to safari gold to anybody else? It's the closest I found at the paint store. Going to paint my front door on the house with this in a satin finish. Thanks for any opinions.

Brake Booster 6” kit
I bought my 69,xxx booster from amazon.com and only had to paint it black. Works great on my early '72.

What are people doing to restore/replace white interior components?
Can't speak for grannyknot but I foam brushed on some SEM white over the rear driver's side panel where the antenna goes and it turned out great.

Putting in a replacement L-28
I can't see the coolant sensor plug, green if I remember right? I'm not wearing my "readers" though.

Fuel Line Blockage - New Cleaning method
Hey there @240260280 !!! Happy Thanksgiving if I don't see you before. You are a Pilgrim. I always think about you turkey. Context for the newer crowd. Mr Pilgrim got me hooked on 240s. He helped me get my '77 running perfect then started me on the heavy dope of the 240Z. I'm forever greatful too.

240 hood badge- A suggestion
Those backside clips are available at Lowe's in their Hillman drawer isle. I did the vaseline on my horn pad too. Another good tip thanks to @psdenno is a silver Sharpie for all the silver around the radio and console. I bought mine at Hobby Lobby fyi.

Fuel Line Blockage - New Cleaning method
You've most likely seen this before Mr Zkars but for the later guys I thought I'd post them again. It's not rust as it wouldn't stick to a magnet just 20 year old gas that lost it's octane.

Read post 12. I think I went .45 or .44 in the end. Oh yeah, bp6 in both my Zs. Copper tips.

I guess you guys are on LOW speed, right? I'd hate to read about "a new way of burning down my shop".

Header leak question.
You have way more skills than i do, we all know that, going that deep. I can't even imagine how I would get the flange that hot then back on a cold head without pulling the whole left side off. "Take my wife from me please". I'm thinking the ambient temp aluminum head's threads will allow me a bit more tightening down. I'm sure it'll do it again sooner or later but I may go with 2 gaskets? Zcardepot.com has the copper diamond ports with injector holes I could probably Dremel out to match the square ports on my N42. Uh...I'm not so sure that's doable now after seeing how close I'd be to the stud holes. Oh well Yellowstone season premire in a minute. Time to veg and watch the Duttons raise hell.

Header leak question.
I'm gonna try cold. I damn sure don't want to replace the gasket. I can only hear it with the hood open and idiling. My anxiety can't get any worse so I'll live with it if I have to.

Ignition Coil….which one, when and why?
I use the Crane PS20 for my ZX E12-80 distributor on my 240. I think it's 1.3??? It did not fit the bracket but a piece of rubber underneath out of sight worked great for a shim. Very happy since 2016 conversion of the newer distributor. Bigger gap for the plugs too.
