  1. Does it have to be a video? Here's a story showing how not all intelligence is the same. https://www.theguardian.com/australia-news/2020/mar/30/astrophysicist-gets-magnets-stuck-up-nose-while-inventing-coronavirus-device
  2. How about putting studs in the mirror and using nuts inside the door? Then you'd only have to find the end of the stud with the nut, from inside. I got the Mustang mirrors from MSA. I like the way they looked and they worked fairly well (they were small, with a narrow range of view), but they were noisy with the window down. Wind noise.
  3. Don't guess. Test. Disconnect all of the injectors and the CSV and see if they still allow fuel through. Best to do that test with a pressure gauge, or by removing all of them and watching for leaks. Or disconnect the ECU and see if they leak. Why did you replace the injectors and CSV?
  4. That's not a fuel pump problem it's an injector or cold start valve problem. One of those is stuck open. The pump should be able to run continuously without flooding the engine. Could be the ECU or it could be a short circuit on the injector wiring. How long have you had it?
  5. She hasn't figured out that you've been wearing her panties? Sorry, you skidded right in to that one.
  6. Patcon makes a good point. Are you putting the nut on the bottom or the top? I'm not familiar with how that one mounts. Do you mount a plate first then mount the mirror to the plate? Or does the plate have threaded holes in it (looks like that's what you said but can't be sure)? Post some pictures. MSA's pictures and instructions are bad. I used the Mustang mirrors and they just had two sheet metal screws through the top. You could see the screw heads.

Just more diversion. That's his M.O. He's worried about Cuomo and needs to try to make him look bad. I haven't watched any of this one, they're all the same now.
  8. By hex head do you mean hex or Allen head? The terminology is generally not clear for anybody. I'd switch them for a "socket cap" (AKA "Allen) and use an Allen wrench. It will stay in place on the wrench so you can get more room to work.

If you want to browse around the Internet for COVID-19 information the University sites are a good place to start. Especially the ones with medical centers. Almost all of them have a virus page now. Some provide their own insights, some translate the CDC guidance. Some have their own programs going. https://www.ucla.edu/ https://www.ohsu.edu/ https://www.harvard.edu/ http://web.mit.edu/
  10. The car you buy depends on what you like to work on. You said "solid" but that could be drivetrain or body or both. 240Z's are carbs, 280Z's are fuel injection. That's a biggy for many people.

This is more just bizarreness. Just read it. It's "real". In case it gets deleted. Looks like he's already modified it to sound more sane.

More "not sure who to believe" info. Dr. Fauci has been emphasizing hand-washing, to avoid picking up and depositing the virus on surfaces, where it can be transferred to others. But, the CDC is emphasizing aerosol transfer. Droplets from coughing or sneezing. The CDC actually downplays the surface transfer possibility, pretty hard. Almost saying that washing your hands is a waste of time. A person would have to believe that all of these infected people have been coughed on. Hard to imagine that that would be the case. Fauci is NIH and a known expert. Not sure where the CDC info comes from. More confusion. https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/prevent-getting-sick/how-covid-spreads.html?CDC_AA_refVal=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.cdc.gov%2Fcoronavirus%2F2019-ncov%2Fprepare%2Ftransmission.html https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Anthony_Fauci

Cuomo is speaking. For anyone who wants a dose of rationality.

    This is kind of genius.
  15. Overkill on the grease. It's just the transmission mount. Doesn't move much. He talks about pressing out the bushing but he's really tearing out the rubber, tearing the bushing apart. Leaving the outer sleeve behind. If he torched it he could probably pull it out with pair of pliers. Like he did with the mustache bar at 7:00. Good video though. Oops. Apologies if that is you. Just my opinion. Better too much grease than not enough.

At least 1367 deaths in the US. I stopped when I got to the 6's. Don't know why Johns Hopkins breaks the US number out by state and county, instead of adding them up. We're still beating the UK but they are coming on strong.

I just read an article about people trying to fill the leadership vacuum by creating guidelines for local organizations, to use while they wait for higher guidance. Might be helpful for those not close to a big city. https://covidlocal.org/ https://www.covid-local.org/contributors.html

The UK looks like it is following the same path as the US for the same basic reason. Even the hair is similar. https://www.theguardian.com/politics/2020/mar/28/boris-johnson-coronavirus-outbreak-will-get-worse

Those are good points. I think that it is all of the above. Wikipedia... p.s. lipid is a type of "fat". https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Coronavirus "The viral envelope consists of a lipid bilayer where the membrane (M), envelope (E) and spike (S) structural proteins are anchored.[15] " "Inside the envelope, there is the nucleocapsid, which is formed from multiple copies of the nucleocapsid (N) protein, which are bound to the positive-sense single-stranded RNA genome in a continuous beads-on-a-string type conformation.[13][16] The lipid bilayer envelope, membrane proteins, and nucleocapsid protect the virus when it is outside the host cell.[17]"
  20. It looks right. I don't want to badmouth zcardepot. But, no business can be assumed to be perfect. If he found a pile of NOS parts that's great. https://forums.hybridz.org/topic/131360-rear-disk-kit-from-zcar-depot-anyone-using-it/?tab=comments#comment-1219981

Trump is talking, right now, about a quarantine of the New York area. Things could get really weird and dangerous. Maybe that civil war is coming after all. If you know that you're about to get locked in, what's your first impulse. Run!
  22. You should show it on a distributor. Many might not be familiar with how easy it is to swap that plate. It's just a single screw, isn't it? Do you have to remove the collar at the bottom of the shaft? Can't remember. The roll pin is a pain. Edit - it fits on the bottom of the body so the collar won't have to come off. One screw.

Cuomo is briefing again right now. He is like a professor teaching people the latest about how to handle the virus. Starting today - bag valve masks. Pick your favorite channel.
