  1. Zed Head and Mark Maras That Ad was from April, I search all over the place in the NW. Kingston is across the Sound from Edmonds. I live near Centralia. It was 100 miles to go up and see what it was. I was expecting a roach, but found a gem. Did either of you pick up the 72 in Vancouver WA for $600 yesterday? New MSA exhaust and radiator, looked like a rebuilt motor. Bad body and paint. This one : https://goo.gl/photos/pD8sLn4hyzFqpyhP9 I was trying to but could not get there in time. He emailed me last night and said it was sold.
  2. I added some pictures of all the actual VIN stamps per Patcon's comment. I have had good luck in finding decent cars around the PNW. There have been some rusted out ones as well as we are close to the ocean air. Overall I too was surprised as to how many classic cars there are around here, of all makes and models.
  3. Here is a roof donor available for cheap. https://seattle.craigslist.org/oly/cto/5715635963.html Looks too far gone for me to pick up, and I am thinking it went through the flood of 2011.
  4. That photo is in the Photo Bucket pictures. The engine number picture is in there too. The dash vin picture is there as well.
  5. Mod's please delete this post.
  6. You are correct, and near the license plate. In fact the whole rear valence looks bent under, bumper too. A lot of things to pick apart, but that is what you get for this price range. He says he is willing to negotiate....... I am not a buyer right now, just sharing the post.
  7. This one just came up in my searches, Looks pretty clean and the price seems reasonable. https://seattle.craigslist.org/oly/cto/5713880529.html
  8. Washington State as well
  9. Similar...yes, at least some of the body work is done. How well would still need to be seen in person. The engine could easily be replaced with a stock L24, if so desired for a reasonable cost. if one was looking for a more stock car, his mods sound decent if that is what your after. Although not numbers matched of course. a lot of the "mods" could be put back as all these stock parts seem to be readily available from the guys that do mod their cars. 3.36 diffs are easy to find. The soft brakes might just be he put the calipers on the wrong sides?? Who knows. Bad M/C? Vacuum leak?? Until you look at it in person you never really know, as for price cash is king. Make an offer and see where it goes.
  10. This one just popped up in Snohomish North of Seattle. http://seattle.craigslist.org/sno/cto/5702331116.html
  11. calspiderman, Here are some shots of the underside of the seats. You can also see that the side hardware is rusty but could be blasted and powder coated. Some pics in the last response to Dave show some rust on the rails too.
  12. The one seat bottom is in decent shape I only see a couple of small tears near the recliner lever, it is still as dirty as when I pulled it from the car. The recliner lever is on the left side, that should make it the drivers seat. perhaps it was replaced at one time. The other seat has the cracking like your in it, just smaller. Let me know what you think, and/or if you want more info/pictures.
  13. I will get pics of the seats for both of you this afternoon, Dave WM and calspyderman. Surfsnake2, I do not have any carpet, the mirror I have had a dent in the back.
  14. I do still have the seats from this car. they look to be the originals. One is cracked but the other looks okay. Are you wanting just the cover or the complete seat bottom?
  15. Sorry az240z I missed your question. I do still have these if you are still interested.
  16. ALT F4, The 260 had an Auto trans. and the rear end was an R180 3:54. I do have a spare 4 sp backing plate though. No hard lines. TZ
  17. Z Therapy buys cores at times, and for what you have there it should end up at about $200 - $250. You have to pay the shipping to get them to ZT. Just an option........
  18. Standard motor parts are decent, I have bought some in the past. They used to have a top quality line for some items that were supposed to be a better quality than their standard pieces. Not all parts were offered in the duel lines. As you probably know the part shown above wont help with the keys pulling out, just the electrical contacts. US-120 Standard does offer the tumbler with keys too. US-169L The Standard parts also come with a 3 yr / 36K warranty too, can't go wrong with that. Hope it all works out good for you Sweaty.
  19. Well, the Ignition switch is one of those that you can't take apart, clean up and reassemble. So it is hit or miss if they will work or not. To each their own on new or used I suppose. In opposition to Capitan Obvious, My 45 year old Ignition switch works just fine. Not all of them will end up like the one above. perhaps there was another issue with the starter and/or solenoid / wiring / misuse that caused this? Not trying to plug my part for sale, I really don't care about that. I am with Patcon and would prefer a used original over a Chinese replacement. They can't all be burnt, Just saying.
  20. Or even some of us that are not currently parting cars have that part available as well. Japanese not Chinese......
  21. These came in a bulk load of parts I picked up a while back. Oval foam type air filters that look to be new but not in the original boxes, for 70 - 72 SU (Hitachi) carburetors. The are similar to the Black Dragon LongFlo style air cleaners found on page 71 of their catalog listed at $39.99 each. Asking $55 shipped (med flat rate box is $13.45) Thanks.
  22. The NOS center caps are sold to Zup I put a lower price on the hubcaps as shown in the first post (edited), with box dimensions and weight for shipping calculations. If anyone is interested post here or in a PM. Thanks
  23. I know what you mean Site, besides these for a set of steelies, I have 4 sets of wheels in addition to the ones on my one car Sounds good Zup, thanks. Gav, I doubt Zup will drop out, but if so, I will contact you.
