901 Silver Metallic - How to Match this Color?
As well, when my painter asked for the paint code, he was happy with 901. I offered the PPG formula to him but he said that the Datsun 901 was enough. I do not have a factory painted car to compare it to, so I hope it is correct. Dan

I used a heavy rubber mat with a foam backing, it is a bit on the thick side and was hard to fit in places. I bought it at Princess Auto which is a lot like a Harbor Freight here in Canada. As well here is the Drivers side all done.

I took it here. They are based in Wetaskiwin and I was told they do work for the Reynolds-Alberta Museum. The owner Randi did the paint. Historic Restorations for all your restoration needs

I picked it up at a swap meet back when I thought the car I would be restoring was a 73, but alas it too far gone to restore. I will have to find a 70 plate.

Finally got the hatch area done. Decided to use the MurderMat product in the cabin area. The 40ib kit seems to be enough to do the floors and the inside of the doors.

1970 rear sway bar
So, I have a rear sway bar and a 1" front sway bar that I bought a long time ago. At the time "cornering like it was on rails" sounded like a good idea. Now that I am putting my car back together I wonder if there is much to be gained by doing this. The car will be a weekend driver and the odd trip to ZCON ( I hope). My days of spirited driving are long gone. Is this still a good idea or will it the suspension be too stiff to enjoy the ride?

e-tek No no not to much, I was happily agreeing with you. EuroDat Sort of, my first Z was a 1973 daily driver from 1987 to 1989. This car I've only owned for about three years.
