  1. Those to galleries don't seem to ever load here either. Everything else seems ayok though.
  2. Keep them for another ten years and put em' up on Ebay for $400ROFL
  3. I might be interested if there were some gatherings/meets/drives in and around the Seattle area. Maybe put on a small car show and see who comes and this way will give people the opportunity learn about the club and what it has to offer. I would certainly come if it wasn't to far from the Seattle area.
  4. Are you sure it's not a backfire?
  5. I like that one! That reminds me of something that would look good in an old British sports car too.:cheeky:
  6. The ZX's probably don't have Thermotime switches do they?
  7. The altenator is not going to have any effect of the running nature of the engine, but it would be a good idea to have it tested since it sounds like it's functioning properly (battery discharge). Other than that, between Gary's post and your list of things to check for I think you've got a good start!
  8. Jeeze, sorry to hear about that! Did you get the information from the guy in the truck? I would think insurance should cover the cost of new hood. He charges a lot for his prices, but you may want to give Z-Specialties or Felton's Nissan Auto parts (in Snohomish) a call as both are up north your way in Clearview if you're in need of one asap.
  9. If that picture is real then (not including the the photoshoped dude), then how in the world did the Saturn end up like that? Only thing I can conclude is that it someone got a hold of a crane or a backhoe or something and put it there as bad prank or something.
  10. Just imagine what the starting bid would be if he were to list the actual car!
  11. One might ask, where's that chain going to?:surprised Funny picture though
  12. Definitely some nice cars there! What a steal!
  13. Happy Thanksgiving!:knockedou
  14. Fun thread! for me it's mainly my 280z and my new DRZ400s, motorcycle and my old John Deere tractor, all of which are worth it though.
  15. What a coincidence! I bet he'd love to see that car again some day.
  16. Welcome to the site and nice car!
  17. Nice car! I was hoping to see some pictures of it. How does one of those drive, how does it compare to the Z in power and performance? The best part must be getting out and swinging those big doors up.
  18. Saw that too, looks like it's in need of some serious rust repair though.
  19. Looks to be a nice original http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/1975-Datsun-280Z-ORIGINAL-STOCK-Beautiful-Condition_W0QQitemZ250185639851QQihZ015QQcategoryZ6187QQssPageNameZWDVWQQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem
  20. Thanks for the input guys, I was figuring I'd get one of the kits from MSA, most likely the Eibach Pro. Kit they have on sale. Do you guys noticed your cars buttoming out a lot going over speed bumps and such?
  21. My dad and I have been talking about lowering my car for some time now and I figure something something like this might be a good x-mas idea. Any how, I've been trying to read up on what I can about lowering springs and it seems like the Eibach's have gottan pretty good reviews from what I've read and seems to be the choice of what most people choose for a lowering kit. I was curious how these compare to some of the other lowering springs out there such as Tokico and European lowering springs? Which brand(s) works best with the stock shocks of the car? From what I've read atleaste, it sounds to me like the Eibach's are the way to go for a lowering kit, but mainly first want to get your guys input (and to confirm this) on what lowering kits work best with the stock shocks for a lower stance. Thanks guys.
  22. Nice site and a great looking car too!
  23. I think the sunroof automatically means it's the "California Addition".:stupid:
