  1. The holes in the washers are also different diameters
  2. I work for a OEM supplier that works with Nissan and am happy to see if we have any contacts to their parts org. Will ask around and see what I can find out. Can someone confirm all of the part numbers required? 55476-N4300 - Mustache Bar Bushing 55475-N4300 - Serrated Washer 55474-N4300 - Serrated Washer
  3. Anyone know where I can get replacement cushions for my 83 NA 2+2? None of the regular Z car part suppliers seem to have them. Nissan dealer is worthless on older cars. Tried to contact Nissan about the now defunct Vintage Restoration Program with no luck.Took the car to our best local auto upholstery place and they indicated that it would be difficult (if not impossible) to shape new cushions in the correct shape because the stock ones have bands built-in to make them hold their shape. My covers are in good condition - just need the pads underneath. My car has the velour upholstery if that makes any difference, and I probably only need the front seats since no one would ever ride in the rear. Any help appreciated!
  4. They are the correct part numbers. The top serrated washer is flat and the lower serrated washer is slighting concaved.
  5. I bought a couple of plates from Zeddsaver and the holes weren't punched in the right place, had to elongate the holes with file Banzai's are as accurate as you are going to get.
  6. They were totally seized and wouldn't move at all when I got the car. I took the motor and all the linkage out to find that problem. I soaked the spindles in ATF for weeks, and they finally moved. I worked them back and forth till they worked smoothly. I put a drop of oil on them now and then so they won't get stuck again. So, I think it's just a weak motor, high speed is barely faster than low.
  7. Thanks loner, hadn't seen the earlier post.
  8. The folks at Vintage Glass have the correct windshield WITHOUT the blue tint. I think a couple of members in Arkansas have used them and two more buddies in my immediate area are in the process of ordering. Check with VG regarding a drop-ship to a glass dealer in your area to reduce shipping costs. https://www.vintageglass.com/
