I think @Mike This topic should be placed in the "Resources" under Knowledge base.  Titled "one of or the best restoration of a Datsun 240z"

What do you guys think?  Every aspect of restoring a car is in the vid's!  It's a perfect guide for someone that wants to restore a car perfectly.

Terrific, a video done by a craftsmen with no intro, no irritating back ground music, short, sweet and useful. Youtubers could learn a lot from this guy.

Anyone anything about that mini sandblaster he was using?

I wonder if it's similar to this dental sandblasting unit?...

A new video is available to watch.  Making a new ball for the front ball joint - wow!

Edited by inline6

I saw that.

I thought the same thing when he made the ball joint. Just crazy!

He also had to make two of the receivers he used for case hardening the ball joints and I suspect he had to make the fixture he used to mil the elliptical grooves in the ball joint heads!

Well without a doubt, this guy is an order of magnitude more crazy than I am. I bow in honorable appreciation to the ridiculousness.

The electro-etching of the number onto the head of the bolts and making your own nyloc style nuts. All I can say is "wow"!!

WOW! That restore is unbelievable, have you seen (also) how clean his workbench is when he's doing al the work?  Mine is always a (UN)organised MESS!!

Give me 😁 a "AGREE"  when yours is also always a mess!!!

Hello all,

I would like to do a little advertising for this channel here.
One of my Z friends is restoring a 240Z and has a very special way of documenting it.

I think you will all be very interested and it is super relaxing to watch.

In general, this is a very exciting channel!

Wow, your friend is doing a very good job at both the restoration and the videos!  Thank you for sharing with us and please let him know that we would love to see him on our website as well.  Thanks again!
