does anyone know where this part goes or what it is called? i think it was part of the heater box but it was in the center console parts bin when i started putting the car back together. 

something for strengthening the center console?  It seems to have metric threads in it..

or..   something thats behind the card-read light..

or..  The round edge suggests it keeping something flat ( upholstery )  on it's place..??

Yes the threads are metric. I never found any holes that matched them.

Nope, nothing I recognize.
