I should have taken photos,  can anyone tell me if this routing is correct?

No, it is not correct.

I don't have a pic showing the correct routing, but one thing I do know for sure is that the elbow with the small diameter stub sticking out of it goes on the left side. The air vent should point at the driver's left knee.

And I believe the duct routes over the glove box on the passenger side.

Found this.  It's vague on hose placement but you should be able to puzzle it properly.

Yup, that's it. Now you just need a small duct to run to the vent outlet under the steering wheel!

It all fits nicely behind the dash and all the vents work the way they should.
