Fidanza's web site is pretty poor, the search engine doesn't find anything, but Google did.

Here's an example of a replacement plate.  Not sure if it's right for yours or not.  Probably best to call them.

I’ll take a look. I wouldn’t be surprised if the bolts didn’t line up.

There's probably no countersink.

Heard back from fidanza. They have a replacement friction plate I can purchase.  
 

new engine mounts came in, one wasn’t a perfect fit so I can to do a mod. Now I need to fund beer, pizza, and friends to bring the engine over, assemble the transmission, and drop it in.

Did you order factory Nissan mounts. If not it’s a known issue that the aftermarket dowels don’t line up.

They were aftermarket from zcarsource.

Those dowels will not line up. Save yourself some aggravation and order the factory mounts,

. Fit like a glove. Other folks have shaved the dowels off. Your call.

I saw a spelling error in a previous post. I shaved it and installed it. Picture was before I got the shave closer

Swapped out a new friction plate on the Flywheel.

Engineering type nerd talk but I took a GDT course long ago and Fidanza's concept makes me nervous.  Stacked error (wrong term, can't remember, probably stacked tolerances).  Are you supposed to have that plate skimmed before usage or just bolt it up and go?  Make sure that you understand well how it's supposed to be used.  Even if Fidanza is confident it wouldn't hurt to have it checked.

Mine was a little rough after light cut from machinest. Felt like brake rotors after cutting.
