Congrats on the color! Is this really part 55???? I think for spraying in a party tent you did really well. Trash is my biggest obstacle when spraying color.

I have seen plenty of paint jobs done in professional booths with more dust in them, so I am very happy.

My paint supplier told me the same thing. He said I have customers with $50k booths that have more trash in their paint than you have. That is always reassuring you have succeeded in doing the best you can with what you have!

Usually only an artist can see the flaws in his work of art!  Looks beautiful to me.

Today's task was to paint the rest of the parts for the 680, but it didn't exactly go to plan..

Now most of the painting is done, I realised I didn't know what I needed to to next so it was time to formulate a plan.

 

 

Do not reuse the calipers!!!!!!!!!!! Go to supercheap and ask for pre 86 Hilux 4x4 calipers.Almost plug and play, you are getting 4 piston calipers with bigger pad area for pennies.

You are the second one to suggest that, so I will see what I can dig up. Thanks.

More then anything... you should appropriate that yanks know what "super cheap" is. or Hilux for that matter...
