Yes on the gas jug.  Ideally Dave is right but if you have a good amount of fuel in it should be ok like you do. Stuff a rag lightly around the neck of jug.

BEFORE YOU START MAKE SURE YOU HAVE A FIRE EXTINGUISHER HANDY! Just in case. I'd even go as far as have a fan pointing Towards the can to ensure any raw fumes escaping are blown out the garage. Looks like you have it in there.

Doesn't it read 32 psi?  Fuzzy.  That's low.  Progress, but still.
Don't know why you still have that prefilter on there for the test.

Yea, it reads 32 and doesn't go below that. Is that because the jerry can isn't fully sealed?. Also what wire should I buy tomorrow? I was told 1/8 of an inch round balene wire.

goose the engine if it was running, the fuel pressure will respond if the FPR is working right.
