When I ran across this ad it had been up for 18 hours. The car was probably gone 17.5 hours ago. 

I still tried, anyone here grab it up?

A Jag, some 1930's rat rod, a Challenger convertible and a '60's Mustang ... I have a hard time believing these guys don't know what they have.

I know right, Nice cars and a huge garage. After I called he texted back and said the car was "sold"

Too good to be true, he's probably just fishing.  I used Google to reverse search that image and found the same one used in an ad from early last year on this site:

There is another posting up from about the same time, calling this ad out as a scam.

While a lot of these ads do turn out to be scams, I have come away with free or very inexpensive deals on cars. 

Looks like the image has been used a few times. 

 

They got your # that's what they wanted. Sell them to telemarketer's by the truck load.

You are correct. That type of Torino was unknown to me before just now. I guess a Challenger has a different grille and hood scoop style.
