He'd have to throw in the other head (looks like an N42 with a later cam, internally oiled) to to make it worth considering. And the little stand.

Cool item, but at that price not worth it, especially since you need to have cams made, valves, machining, maybe even custom bearings made, and a lot more.

if anyone is interested in reading about it. even has the seller posting

how he obtained it and what his plans for it were.

actually what i find more interesting is the new processes to make sand castings using 3d printers. I do wish they had a 3d printer that could print up a complete aluminum cylinder head.

Maybe more header options if exhaust ports on right side (for LHD cars).

If you can print a steel gun, I'd be surprised if you couldn't print an aluminum head.

^ I went to K 2013, the worlds largest plastics and 3d printing demonstrations there. I have to say impressive. But those machines are pretty expensive.
