That sucks. In Arkansas do you guys have junior licenses? Here in Pa. we do, and if you get pulled over with one you can't get your "real" senior license for awhile. I figure I will always drive fast. Sometimes I tell myself I won't, but I usually cant help it. No trouble for me yet!

Laughing at what? That you got caught or that you don't like cops?

Like Carl said, if you can't pay, don't play. It is possible to go fast without getting busted for speeding. The trick is to not be so damn blatant that they notice you.

As far as not liking cops, wait till you NEED one, and then remind yourself that you hate cops. Disliking them because they gave you a ticket instead of a warning, well heck, you KNOW you deserved it, be mad at yourself not them.

Why is there a court date? Are you going to dispute it?

There is always a court date set. You have until that date to either pay the fine (usually they will mail you a statement of the fine amount and reiterate the court date) or show up for court to challenge the citation.

One thing to remember mate, is that you never get into trouble breaking the law, only when you get CAUGHT breaking the law. If you do it often enough, no matter how careful you are, sooner or later a friendly copper will flag you down for a quick chat.

I just did my traffic (Laugh & Learn) school Sat. from 8:30 - 4:30 @ $25.00,

Bail amount I paid was $124.00. 75MPH in a 65MPH on the 10FWY. I only sped to pass a gravel truck dropping gravel then back to 65MPH at 5:30AM, "but you're right officer I was speeding!"
