  1. From looking thru his website, looks like he'll take $2000 cash for the car. I don't know anything about 1200's, but it looks like you'd be getting a lot of stuff for the money. Good Luck...Robert
  2. Pretty Cool...Robert

  5. So, if my '72 has a round hub, then I MUST have 280z Rotors? Check out this link I have of my '71 (flower shaped hubs), '72 (round hubs) and '74 (round hubs). http://www.red-eye-motorsports.com/rotors.htm
  6. Is there a way to identify a 280Z hub from a 240Z hub? I'm wondering if everything has been swapped...Robert
  7. Is there an easy way to tell the difference between a 240Z front brake rotor and a 280Z rotor? I'm wondering if my '72 has been swapped to the 280Z rotor, but I'm not sure how to check. Thanks...Robert
  8. Welcome, nice to see another Albuquerquean on the forum...Robert

I'm right at 6'0" and it's pretty tight in my low-windshield 67.5 1600. But then I rarely drive with the top up...Robert
  10. Hasn't made it from Bernalillo to Albuquerque yet...
  11. Wow, thanks Chris! I bought it from the person that bought it from Bruce. I knew his first name was Bruce, but didn't know his last name. I hope he's open to some questions from the new owner...
  12. Leafing thru the Log Book, I see quite a few Laguna Seca entries, as well as Thunder Hill, and SPIR (Not sure what that stands for). Most of the entries just say Regional or Double Regional.
  13. Ha Ha Ha! You trying to give me a heart attack?
  14. I just trailered this '72 ITS 240-Z back to ABQ from San Jose, CA. Looking thru the SCCA log book, it was raced in the SF Region from 1994 thru 2001. Anyone recognize it? I'd love to hear anything you may know about it. Later...Robert
  15. Thanks for the info Arne. Sorry, yes I was looking for the thickness...Robert
  16. Does anyone know the size of an unmilled E31? Sorry, couldn't find it in my searching. Thanks...Robert

  18. I think I'm going to make my own rubber pieces, but I can't seem to find a piece of 1/2" thick rubber. I tried NAPA and Lowes, but no luck. Anyone have a suggestion on where to find a piece? Thanks...Robert
  19. Your Roadster sounds great! Robert
  20. It's true! Not just Z's, but old cars in general are solid and priced good. Funny thing is I trailered my '71 240-Z back from California???
  21. Sorry vercingetorix, I haven't made any efforts to find it...Robert
  22. Sorry, don't visit the forum much during the weekend. The red one is an '89 325i, and the tan one is a '73 2002, please don't tell the 510ers about that OK? And believe it or not I have two 67.5 1600s in the garage. If anyone's interested in that car, I'll be happy to check it out...Robert
  23. Well, I'm not sure where I'd be able to fit it in???
  24. So, is the auction for the left taillight? If someone wants me to check it out for them, let me know...Robert
