I was inspired by a guy I just met, he has managed to do 12's down the 1/4 in his N/A L28 with the right mods. I was very impressed when I saw his car in action, I could keep up but he kept pulling away and it made such a wicked noise. Best part was the stock SU's and aircleaner. FOr around 3k he reakons we can build the same setup.:classic:

Not exactly sure if I can help all I know is some of the distributors have a marking under the rotor button I think it was. Where it says a number 9 or 12 the 12's are rare the 9's are easy to get. The 12's will allow for plenty of advance. SOmething I learnt the other day don't know if it helps.

Should also mention that Unique cars is sold in Australia.

Thanks for the notice . I was told about this but had forgotten should be good to see what they have to say. This kinda thing always makes me happy to see and causes a bit of hype too. The 350z's release had made people realise the value of the original in many ways. I still have an older Unique cars article about the top 10 classics to buy now from about 2 years back. Stick with the NA L engine. I went driving tonight with a couple of Z friends here in Melbourne and you shoulda seen this 240z with an NA L engine scream he said you could do it for around $3000. Point is don't write off the L engine just yet.

I'm told the rear spoiler also mistakenly knows as the BRE wing and flares were a sports option list for the 432's.

I was told you need to modify the ends so that it will bolt up to the stub axels. I was told you don't have to change the length of them but not 100% sure.

Sounds good in theory, would help the Z to understeer a little less on hard cornering but so would good suspension setup I guess. Not sure if I'll ever swap away from the L series but If I did I think it would an RB personally still not a bad idea you have there.

Love the forums but when I'm bored I like to hit the latest uploads from the gallery on the main page .

IF BBALLS does it then I'd suggest go with him because he most likely has alot more experience making those panels than your panel beater and it may be more expensive but it could save you alot of time $$$ and headaches down the track if you arn't happy with your panel beaters work. Just an opinion.:classic:

Hey Leeroy looked at another 2+2 not very pleased with it. Wondering if you'd be free this Saturday coming up for my friend and I to take a look at it, that is if you still wanna sell her? Let me know PM me.

All I know is alot of stuff has to be fabricated all the time but your probably best off asking your panel beater about it. Using the 2+2 as a template might not always be a good idea As they are different from the windscreen back.
