Well, in my opinion it's a shame what Xenon delivers here.

I even had a crack at the bottom of the air dam, but Xenon did not really care. It is the customer's job to repair it... They are not interested in improving the product or the package it comes in.

 

 

When the supply-demand ratio is out of whack like it is companies don’t need to earn your business. It’s a take it or leave it mentally.

Let'em sit in the sun for a few days would help the most. They get bent in shipping, such a large box. @Av8ferg 

If you leave the lowest lip on the OE metal air induction to the radiator it will support the Xenon. It's adjustable so you snug them together. Mine sounded like a busted front tire the 1st time I got up to higher speed. Scared me! Then I figured out the support needed. No more problems.

I already used a heat gun, but this only helped a little bit.

Acc. to MSA the air dams used to be a lot more flexible in the past. I guess they changed the PU compound without testing what would happen to the fitment.

I had no fitment issues with my air dam, should line right up with the fenders.  Will try to find some old pics to confirm.

Did you do anything with the lower grille or is it the stock big-bumper grille?  I plan to do the same setup, but with a powder coated 240Z bumper.
