So, how does one hang the muffler ?

It's in the pictures I posted before.  Clamps that go around the pipes to attach to the hangers.  Not my favorite part of the design, but should work fine.

Well this didn't go well.  My stock manifold broke at corner.  So I need to get a header.

You’ve bought part of a well developed system.... just buy the other part.

Yep - wot he said. Remind us of your engien spec - was it worth keeping/using  the OEM header ?

Stock 2.4L, so this might hurt performance slightly.  I am planning a 3.0 build for winter though.

Why should losing the stock header hurt the performance ? If anything you'll gain some useful low-down torque.

Just be mindful of what head you plan to use when you build the stroker...square vs round port.  Sorry about that, nothing is ever easy...

I have a stock exhaust manifold off a 71 that has been ceramic coated if you are interested PM me.
