Hi All, ok I figured out what happened. It looks like MSA is updating their systems and the code we generated isn't working anymore. I've removed the code from our store until we come up with another method. Until we we this resolved, please give them a call and let them know you are a member of our club. Give them your member number as explained above and they will explain the details of our member discount. 

I should be back with an update as we find a new code. Thanks.

Sweaty, I would call them. it's faster and usually cheaper talking with the sales guys. Real nice folks to deal with.

Yes, call them, and make sure the member number is in the system. Once that is established, the discount happens automagically when you do online orders. I haven't had any issues.
