I want to buy a L28et engine that Is built up a bit or rebuilt. Basically I'm looking for an L28et in excellent shape, to drop in my 280z. Right now I will be shopping around for the right price, I'm just wondering if any of you guys have one laying around you can sell me.

Had an '86 300ZX until kids came along. Fun car, but a bit heavy. I've been browsing the 240's on the e-market, and I'm getting obsessed. I want a project car, but don't have much of a budget right now. They're beautiful cars, and I can't see living without one! I'm interested to see what's available in the Houston area. Too many West Coast cars on eBay. Reading horror stories about not getting what's advertised makes me very leery about buying sight unseen (or believing what I see in pix). Hope this proves to be a more efficient way of finding something close by. I'm spending too much time watching auctions that spiral out of my price range, and are too far away to boot…

Hi I have a 71 240 with dealer installed air. The old owner had the box under the dash removed everything for the a/c system is there. I would like to know if a box out of a 73 240 is the same. Thanks Looking for a z( found my z)

Hi all, I'm looking for a 240z in the Southern California area. (As close to Camarillo as possible) Any year will do, and I'm looking to spend 2000-3000 on the car. I am looking for a '70-'73 240Z chassis with no more than typical rust. I do not care about the completeness of the car -- will consider anything from stripped unibody to running car. I need the inside of the glovebox for my 240Z, I have a VERY early '71. If other year models work that's fine, but I need the actual 'box' of the glovebox. This seems to be some type of paper/cardboard material and mine is trashed. Used and cheap is good as long as it is intact, new is ok too but I have not found anywhere that has them. ANY HELP WOULD BE GREAT!!
