  1. You probably used the same email address that you used for Madkaw.
  2. I sent a PM to @madkaw. If you get an email notification for the PM, use that email address to try to log in.
  3. It's listed in the parts fiche for the rear bumper: 62692-E4101 Key #65 - https://www.carpartsmanual.com/datsun/Z-1969-1978/body-240z/tail-gate-panel-trim-lock-rear-bumper
  4. Did you log in with your email address that was associated with Madkaw?
  5. Who said you had to look at a physical copy? https://www.carpartsmanual.com/datsun/Z-1969-1978/electrical/windshield-wiper You're probably being too specific.
  6. Since most of the users here are 'Murican, try windshield wiper in your searches. Also, did you look at the parts fiche to see what parts may be wear parts?
  7. If you are on Facebook, you can send a message to their page to find out.
  8. I think it's Fitzy.
  9. Did you find the supplement on the fan and ventilation controls? I attached it here just in case. s30-heater.pdf
  10. I had to clearance the holes on the radiator support bracket from 10mm to 13mm, but the radiator is in.
  11. I'm getting ready to install a new radiator in my 260Z. I went with a Mishimoto radiator. For prep work, I installed rivnuts on the radiator to make it easier to bolt in. They feel very secure on the mounting tabs, and it beats trying to thread a nut onto a bolt run through the radiator support. I think my supervisor approved of my work, too.
  12. I would expect this would work, too. https://www.amazon.com/Exhaust-Standard-Reinforced-Temperature-Accessories/dp/B0CTY91BNB
  13. https://www.nissanpartsdeal.com/parts/nissan-gasket-exhaust~20692-m3060.html You need 2.
  14. That would be easy to check. Plug a 12VDC accessory into the cigarette lighter. If it works, then it's unlikely to be a grounding issue.
  15. I can't tell you anything about a box on the side as there was only one part number listed in the catalog for the 240Z, but there are other threads where @Captain Obvious and I have talked about the voltage regulator on the meters.
  16. If you don't have a low fuel light, the 240Z sender. If you have a low fuel light but don't care about it, the 240Z sender with a modification of the wiring harness.
  17. It needs to go to the dimmer or be grounded. BE-17 Closeup.pdf
  18. You're overthinking it. Why do you think you need another relay. The gauges are grounded, so they have a return path. The green/white wire goes to the white wire on the gauge. The circuit is grounded through the ground wire on the gauge.
  19. You may need to rewire the return path for the lights on the heater control panel and hazard switch. I'm not sure off the top of my head.
  20. How about a non-ebay link? https://www.google.com/search?q=81110-60P70&sca_esv=427fd9fc564ca397&sxsrf=ADLYWILMGej8UneOeVTFsc1VBYcwYqWibw%3A1733268603748&source=hp&ei=e5RPZ9OcK_iIwbkPqPbayAQ&iflsig=AL9hbdgAAAAAZ0-ii2PzxIsi6K-RZX6yIH85AzsXThiC&ved=0ahUKEwiTxrLb4IyKAxV4RDABHSi7FkkQ4dUDCBo&uact=5&oq=81110-60P70&gs_lp=Egdnd3Mtd2l6Igs4MTExMC02MFA3MDIEECMYJzIIEAAYgAQYogQyBRAAGO8FMgUQABjvBTIIEAAYgAQYogQyBRAAGO8FSIVeUABY_ldwAXgAkAEAmAFfoAG6AaoBATK4AQPIAQD4AQL4AQGYAgKgAmCoAgrCAgcQIxgnGOoCmAMDkgcBMqAH1AQ&sclient=gws-wiz
  21. Now if you haven't cut the connectors off your dash harness, you can de-pin the wires you need, and pin them into new connectors. Then you can put female connectors on your gauges to make it where you can plug and unplug the gauges from the harness. Here's a source for the YPC connectors. You have to buy the pins separately.https://www.hi-1000ec.com/product/1135 If you want to go down that path, I can advise you. I attached the latest update to my LED light list. Note that sometimes bulbs disappear from Amazon. I usually find out when I hear from someone trying to buy from the list. Here is a suggested source for the H4 housings: *Link removed by SteveJ* Cheaper option: https://tinyurl.com/mr66wfd2 I don't use the relay wiring kit that comes with it, but you could repurpose one of the relays for your high beam. 22. I couldn't find the member map, but I did find the club section, where there is a NW Arkansas Z Car Club section. @Ninjaneer11 is about an hour away from @72ZDave, but he hasn't been on the board over a month.
  23. I was thinking you were going that way. What I did for someone else was wire a relay as described below. (See https://fiddlingwithzcars.wordpress.com/2012/12/22/relays-simplified/ for a reference on the pin numbers.) Red - Wire to pins 86 and 87. Red/white - Wire to pin 85. Wire pin 30 to the high beam indicator in the gauge. Here's a link to relays on Amazon: https://www.amazon.com/awlbed-Replacements-Waterproof-Automotive-Accessories/dp/B0CP1ZYWJZ They do, and the schematic is online, too. However, Speedhut never had the wiring modified to be plug-and-play for the Z.
  24. In case the Jims don't respond, I also posted in the Ozarks Z Club group on Facebook to see if they know of someone near you.
  25. Jims? @S30Driver @Zup This is great opportunity for you guys to visit and give advice. This is in your neck of the woods.
