Try this site also. I see some hot oldschool wheels. Equip 1, 2, and 3 are my favorites. http://www.worksuperwheels.com/wheels/ Good luck.
  2. I should change my cardomain list to be correct with the 432-R spoiler. Good gee-wiz info.
  3. That is a damn shame. I was going to get my "BRE" spoiler, as most of my body parts from them as well. Who ever they have making the parts better wise up or make new molds. [idea.] Unless, we come together as a "club" and make parts ourselfs. We have a Headlight Wire harness maker, Clear covers for the headlights, Glove box, Some CF molders, A dashboard maker....I am sure we can figure out some other things. But, some of the almost unatainable parts are being made right here within our forum. It is just a suggestion. I, for one, don't like an over priced part with a Datsun sticker slapped on it that dose not fit.
  4. G-NOSE!!! If I was to have a second Z project, I would. I love this picture!!
  5. I am stuck on what to cut off and what to keep in the turbo intake manifold. I know I might need to keep some of the holes but which ones and where do the lines go? If you have pictures of your install, I would greatly apreceate it. I don't want to get all crazy with cutting things off I might need. Thanks
  6. I remember this picture. Still looks great!
  7. This is my choice for fronts. http://www.zcarparts.com/store/merchant.mvc?Screen=PROD&Product_Code=50-1439&Category_Code=7AD1

  13. What did you want for just the front? I am sure I can make the drive, but with the fuel shortage down here, it might be a while. Thanks, TBK1.
  14. No, Tom, I don't think the law in my area requires me to have a bumper, like you. I live on an Air Force Base. As many times as I come through the gate, not one person has said anything about it. For now, I don't have a bumper, I am waiting until I can get the cash for the MSA Type-3 front, which if you were keeping up with what MSA has to offer, and my plans for my car, you will see that it has a bumper built in. I used my photo of the car as a reference to what type of front I have now. If you have a spare bumper you would like to loan me, then I would be happy to put it on to please you. Aerodynamics....

Yes, I do have a hard time getting it into reverse. How can the clutch still be engaged and the car not move? It just seems weird to me. I'll make adjustments to the pedal in the morning and keep you guys updated. Thanks again jmortensen, speedyblue and 280z.

Yup, it grinded! It scared the hell out of me, too. So, I guess I'm looking at replacement parts for my 5-speed? I'll have to install my 4-speed untill I get it fixed. Thank guys.
  17. I like it without. I have a knock-off Spook type front on mine. To me, the front of your car looks empty without something there. Maybe if you could find a front that applys to your needs (protecting that FMIC..) and maybe the style you are looking for, I'd say keep the bumper off. IMHA the front bumper looks like it belongs in the back.

I really don't think it has to do with the clutch. I can have the pedal 3/4 down and it be disengaged. The clutch, from what I know of, is stock, and I don't know how many miles are on it. On the other hand, with the pedal to the floor, can the clutch still be engaged even though the car does not move (slippage)? I will have to adjust the pedal a couple of turns to see if it still acts up. I have a gut feeling that it might be the pedal. What if it is the syncros in 1st and 2nd? I really don't know how old the trans is. I still have the old 4-speed, I might install it and see if it does the same thing. One thing at a time I suppose.

Thats funny, because I changed the clutch master, slave, and installed a steel line back in Feb. Would the pedal need adjusting?

Driving home this morning I noticed my 5-speed tranny getting harder to shift into gear. I like to engine brake (down shift to slow down) and when I would go from 3rd to 2nd it took me 4 times to get it into gear. I then slowed the car in neutral. On top of that, when I wanted to go I could not get it into 1st right away like I always could. This is the first time I have had any trouble with the transmission.
