For all you Father’s out there I hope you had a fantastic day. Both my Sons live out of state. Face time is a wonderful thing when they call.
  3. Just strange why it was removed, hardware missing. At this point no one will ever know.
  4. Maybe I missed something. I thought the ECU itself was not mounted to the body.
  5. @NocturnalEmber So the ECU has not been tied down since you purchased the vehicle? Pretty big clue someone has tampered in this area previously. With that being said at this point we’re not sure this possibly isn’t the original.

The check valve for the tank vent is right in the middle of the cross member near the diff. IIRC.

I am Seriously Disappointed that you had only 15 Fan Blades in stock! Pick up your game a bit!! 😂😂😂
  8. Doesn’t sound like a fuel delivery problem. I would go back and double check every single harness connection and the contacts one by one. Take your time. Also the resistor packs next to the wiper reservoir. Those are a main connection to the voltage going to the injectors. Every connection needs to be very clean.
  9. Dropping down to zero psi IMO is not critical. After bringing my car back to life running very well, when I returned in the morning the pressure gauge would be at zero. When you turn to start position what does the fuel pressure read. Monitoring that while the engine is running will give you an idea where to look next . Please post back your findings .

@kenward1000 I agree with @Zed Head can you give us an idea of you’re familiarity with a meter. This will give us an idea of where and how to diagnose. Starting at the source is key.

What is the voltage you are measuring at the relay from the fuse box?

IMHO, Why would you even consider going a cheaper route when we are discussing an upgrade that involves a throttle mechanism on a vehicle.

Absolute worse shape I’ve ever seen. Personally
  15. Mine as well. Cloth not available from Nissan.
  16. What does MSA say? Hard for me to imagine Max wouldn’t send you a pic.

@zKars I am not on Facebook but I can have the wife look them up. Were you able to find a set with the wire mesh head rests? Would love to see moe pics of the seats. Thanks friend

@zKars Are those seats Recaro LX or LS series seats?
  20. Not sure you should have cut the original harness without having a back up plan to go back original. Understand it’s a little too late at this point. IMHO

This is great knowing there are still fellow Z enthusiasts out there willing to help others by designing and offering options and opportunities to help others. I applaud you friend.

Used to have one of the vintage Ansa muffler’s on one of my 240’s back in the day. Way back!!
  23. @duffymahoney What would you say on average the cost to refurbish.
  24. At one time IIRC there was a chart here that showed trans/gear ratio to the color of the wheel itself. Getting old but I do remember something to that effect.
