  1. Probably too late but cheap walmart oven cleaner spray foam works great on those, inside and out.
  2. Dumb question but do they go all the way from front to back or just from the backside? I know mine, '72, is different but trying to figure it out.
  3. Sweaty is better I always thought! The sweatier the better, just don't breathe too deep!
  4. They're already piping in motor sounds through surround sound. Next it'll be exhaust fumes through the air vents. 8^)
  5. Here's a brighter shot of mine, I'm a bit of a show off. 8^) $35 is what Zedy paid for his a few weeks ago. Mine are from 1972's sport package with the spoilers, dealer add on. And the original bumpers with the black rubber. In my signature picture I have the solid chrome bumpers from futofab.com, no rubber.
  6. I agree with Bob, they look good for only 75 miles. Post another picture after 1,000. 8^)
  7. Google "Art Singer choke mount". He sales them on ebay and in the description it should say or you could "ask this seller a question". I use one on my 240 and love it.
  8. I had a red 240 with white interior and white rocker stripes. Never seen black ones on a red car with black interior. I really like the way mine looks. Have you seen Zedy one's silver with black stripes? It's in a current thread "msa flat black rewinds" I think that's the title?
  9. Are those cameras or side mirrors? Maybe I should read the article.
  10. My seal slipped right on, the trouble was the side seals for me until @Diseazd offered his advice. Thanks again for it to. He said when you get the rear cap started down stop about an inch before the bottom. Push the side seals all the way down then finish tightening the caps bolts. Rear seal and sides are still available from Nissan. If you want the numbers let me know, I have all my receipts in a file. Here they are, crank seal #12279-2B500 $29 sides #12289-WO400 times 2 @$1.50 each
  11. Now I understand your 3 to 2 header purchase. Looking good...
  12. Larrys, The Cable Guys.
  13. I thought maybe it's positioned wherever for the different track layouts, to be easier on the spotter and the announcer? There's no rhyme or reason just looking at individual cars.
  14. Okay, I see hardly any that are centered. What's the deal with that? Curious...
  15. Have you thought about the white blob further up and centered, more like James Dean Spyder style?
  16. @Mike @bpilati
  17. https://images.google.com/
  18. Congratulations! Now it's time to wizz the neighbors off with that exhaust.
  19. I hope that works for you. I bet you're going nuts not be able to drive it after all the work you've done.
  20. On mine the ZX shifter stood straight up and I would almost hit my radio going into the top gears. The ZXs have a different boot, no leather and a different console position. I went to a junkyard that has some 280s and got a couple of shift rods. ZX rod on bottom The ZX shifter compared to the 280Z
  21. I could mail you my practice rod if you want me to. I'll take a picture tomorrow, I mean later today when I get awake for Thursday. Didn't @Dave WM have this problem too? Sorry to bother you if you didn't but it seems like we talked about it.
  22. Yes, that very well could be the reason.
