Hey INST3D, let me know what you would like to do with ZIP files on this site. I can increase the size of allowed uploads for you. I'd rather let you do this than use external links that will eventually expire. Regarding the model, it's looking very good!! I like the last image you posted with the real scene in the background. The model almost looks real enough you can touch it. UPDATE: I just checked the max size of a .ZIP file and it was set to 1MB. I increased this to 10MB to help offset this problem. Let me know if you can now upload. Thanks.
  2. I can't jack the front of my car because of my front spoiler. The problem is getting the jack far enough inside so I can use the long handle to pump the jack. I've resorted to using the stock body jack first and then sliding my jack far enough in so I can get to the center mount under the front cross member. If I had ramps it would be a heck of a lot easier. Only problem with ramps is that you cant remove the wheels. The race ramps seem pretty sweet.
  3. Anyone know who posted this over at DatsunClassifieds.com ?? Says this car has never been registered. Has a price tag of $100k but according to his description, is searching for good prices. Looks very clean. Never Licensed 1976 280 Z, 1976, $ 100,000.00
  4. Diseazed, please make sure the new owner knows about this site. Would love to see his story posted.
  5. Very nice car, I saved the source of this posting so it can be referenced later, even the images for reference.
  6. This is kinda fun, I like checking this thread every so often to see if the "mystery" O's have been solved. As far as my opinion, looks like a mouse or rat deposited these in the chamber for the winter. You can remove your fender to find out for sure.
  7. Gold? I wonder if they were spray painted. I wasn't able to look at them over the weekend but will try again when I'm near Seattle.
  8. Hey guys, I found some pretty cool classic wheels in the right bolt pattern. Owner days they are from a Datsun. I haven't seen these much, if any. Do you know where they originally came from?
  9. Selling everything I own and moving to Seattle to follow a woman. Holding on to the Z. Gonna be tough, somehow Seattle-ites think garages are optional around here.
  10. Jim, I know it's been a few years but how are the wheels from FutoFab treating you? Post a few pics if you get a chance, I'd love to see what you purchased. m
  11. Hi George, welcome to the club! It's good to see someone who used the classifieds to buy a car, yet to turn around and become another member! I'm glad to see the community is expanding to Greece, it would be fun to come and see the car and pay a visit one day. Hope you have a great time with the car and don't forget that you can post pictures and questions here anytime you need to. Enjoy. Mike
  12. Make sure you put this in the club event calendar here: Zcar Event Calendar If you do, it will have a permanent spot on the home page.
  13. Kats was there? Oh man now I'm even more sad I didn't make the show.
  14. FYI, the upload photo button is at the top menu bar. These photos will migrate when we launch our new site soon.
  15. He's got a number. Check his web page. Classic Datsun Motorsports It's a busy time this week as everyone is at the zcar convention.
  16. Any photos you can share? Would love some details on this one, or links if you've got 'em.
  17. There is quite a bit of hype around some photos we received from the Zcar Convention currently going on in San Diego, CA. The photos were of this cool little prototype car, a never released Zcar Wagon. While I genuinely thought they should have released the car and called it a Zagon, there are others who may not agree with the design styling. Here are some pretty neat photos from the Zcar Convention showing off this car at the NISMO booth. See it on our Facebook group page: https://www.facebook.com/groups/classiczcars
  18. Thanks, I was able to merge the threads.
  19. Oops, you are correct, the buy it now is 120k. I was probably thinking the number 30 because that's the current bid level and I mixed the two. Anyway, Does anyone know if the yellow Z was sold?
  20. Buy it now price is 130k (My bad)
  21. Pretty cool video they put together. http://youtu.be/NN8WRjOa8Aw
  22. Someone has posted probably the most expensive early Z's I've seen. A very nice project car, and it looks like they spared no expense. Check it out on EBay and I've also included a link to the original images over at Jonathan Glover Photography.
