Just did mine, used 3m 77 series spray.

Already have the 3:34 rear end, was just hoping to get a little better mileage, 15-30 miles per tank equals about 1-1.25 gal which is about 3 bucks in savings per fill up, which i fill up about once a week, so it should only take me about a year to break even from the swap cost b4 i start to save money. By then the v8 sbc will be in there, then fuel mileage wont matter.

I did mine for the mileage factor, but only gained 1-2 mpg more and i do 90% freeway driving, it is quieter on the hwy though because of the lower rpm.

I had yokos 205 55 16 it was a hard ride and the tires wore down too fast.

Haggerty here, had to have the car towed for a flat. They brought a flatbed and did not cost me anything. $30 a year for 5k agreed value

Congrats, on the manual. I will be doing a v8 swap also in a few months. Hey bart, what brand body kit and where did you get it from. I need one as my paint is great but road rocks are slowly destroying it. How do you like the fit, was the install easy.

Depends, i consider the right part something that will work just as well or better than the factory part. I am not restoring this thing so the correct factory part is not important and i refuse to spend over $400 for a nos part. Just thought someone at sometime has installed a different booster than the factory replacement and it was a bolt in deal. The only computer access i have is here at work and it is very limited for content, so i cant go to hybridz to see what they have come up with. Pep boy's says they can order one for the 74, so i may just go with that. Greg

I was hoping for something local, and i get a 20% discount at most of the auto parts stores.

I have a 74 260 with a bad brake booster and Autozone does not sell one for it. Is there a different year or model that will be a direct bolt in alternative. Thanks Greg

I stripped the body down to the bare shell, It was pretty solid but it was a v8 car. The PO cut the rear quarters for bigger tires and just welded the quarter seams together, looked really bad. Since i dont have a computer that can do pics i wont feel comfortable selling them on ebay. I do have a ad in the classifieds here and on craig's list. Had the same problem, no signals at all but had hazzards. Plugged in an extra hazzard switch from my parts car then they worked fine.

Love em, and you cant beat 30 bucks a year for 5k agreed value. They may have mileage restrictions but they have never asked me my mileage on any of my 3 cars.

No pics, the only computer i can use is at work, and it does not have a program for pics. The parts car is going to the scrap yard today.

Just bought my first zcar, it is a 74 260. Very solid car with newish silver paint, lowered (I think) with the Pana sport 16 inch rims and 205 55 16 tires. Only bad thing is it has a blue interior which i will change to black someday. Just bought me a 74 parts car that was setup with the JTR v8 swap kit and a black interior to help with my future plans. Just wanted to introduce myself before bugging you people with ?s. Look forward to learning from you, Thanks Greg
