Thanks! I have my 70 up on the lift so using that as a reference. Definitely gloss black. This is the fuel tank from S30. I am surprised it came in satin. Will probably paint it this afternoon or tomorrow.

Yes, the S30 tanks are the wrong color. Sorry, not meant as a criticism Chris. Also, be very careful fitting the sending unit O ring. You may find that the locating tab for the sending unit is fractionally too long potentially compromising the O ring fitment. In numerous cases I've had to very carefully remove a few thousands from the end of the tab before I was comfortable. The drain plug is the correct yellow zinc.

Here's a few assembly updates.

A few more pictures. Will start suspension install next Tuesday.

The exterior is great, beautiful finish. The interior and underside have some flaws, but for the most part very good. Most of the flaws will be hidden. I love the single stage paint for this color. It is rich and looks as good in person as in pics.

The flaws are areas on underside with small dents. Some interior areas look like all the sand was not cleaned out. All interior will be covered, but it's the principle here. It should have been completely clean before paint.

Sorry for the earlier short response...I was driving.

This paint job is definitely better than stock and I would say better than my white Z. Makes me wish I had put a single stage on my white Z. Also, the paint was not color sanded and polished, however, it kind of looks like it was, it's that good. It did require some oversight and a little above and beyond work on the underside and interior. I have never had an interior painted before, but it does look very good.
