I picked up this nice tri-fold canadian brochure, looks to be a 1971

So I was able to do a bit of trading with someone and ended up with a very nice canadian brochure, as well as a May 70 owners manual which will work well or my car. Included was a 510 canadian one as well.

well, a bit more trading and got this mug, not 240z but still kind of cool.

They say don’t covet thy neighbors wife, well I’m coveting thy Z buddy’s paper goodies! Those brochures are the bomb!

Nice bit of trading. Now I’m feeling really sad about not being on that little jaunt with the BC gang recently.

So Jealous! Those are amazing... If you are ever interested in selling I am a buyer. 

While at a car show this past weekend, had a very interesting conversation with a gentleman. His parents opened a Datsun dealership in Moose Jaw, Sask. The year was 1966, he said that the family home was on the same property and he grew up working in the shop. He remembers the day the Datsun Training trailers pulled into the yard and all of the mechanics spent a week going through the courses. He gave me three of these plastic bags, he says he has lots more Datsun stuff . I am working on getting a chance to go shopping through his collection.

Very cool. When I picked up #957 last year it came with a great collection of Zed memorabilia that included the French version of your Canadian Brochure. No English on it at all, definitely for the Quebec market.

I have posted this somewhere else, but I thought I should add it here as well.

I like collecting this stuff. A few years back, a friend grabbed this old Nissan bag for me, from the Portland swap meet.
