Original Hitachi AM/FM radio pulled from a non-running 1973 260Z.  May be compatible with other years.  Working condition is unknown, but in very good physical condition; switches and knobs all operate smoothly; electrical connectors and wiring in great shape.  Also included is the original antenna cable, center console mounting bracket, and rear speaker.  The 45-year old paper cone on the speaker is damaged, as shown in picture.  $79 shipped anywhere in the US.  I will probably put this up on eBay at a higher price if it doesn't sell here.

Thank you for looking, and Happy New Year to all my fellow Z car enthusiasts.  :-)

I have one of those in my 260z but the lack of stereo was too much. I'm installing a modern radio in my glove compartment and a switch to go between the old and new radios. I had to use a relay to switch between speakers since speakers couldn't be wired both as mono and stereo at the same time.

I would consider one of the many models available from Boss....they pack an amazing number of capabilities into a very affordable package.  Speakers will depend on whether or not you want to cut into your car; if not, top-mounts or standalone units are probably the best options available.

If you want to keep the same look as an original radio, you can look at Retrosound brand radios. I had holes already in my doors for speakers and a second set of speakers a PO installed in custom made wood enclosures in front of the shock towers in the rear. I removed them to modify them and was able to access the time capsule in one of the two tool compartments that was blocked from them. An old  package of camel cigarettes.
