The asking price is really going up. I met someone who sold one for $1000+ a few years ago. I wonder who might be in the market for a $3000+ valve cover.

I'm beginning to believe they are for people with more dollars than sense.

 The buyer will be someone with a completed Z and money still in the budget. I don't know anyone in either category. But then I don't know Jay Leno.

Well, they are only worth that amount if someone will pay it. Otherwise, they aren't worth a plug nickel.
