Have you tried the very subjective "rap on it" test to see if it rings. I did some of that before the Lizard Skin then after. It was noticeably different

If you have enough sound mat it is good to cover all the metal behind the dash, the hollow bulkhead on the other side where the wiper motor and linkage is can be echo-y.

The conductive sound check has shown to be a good solid thunk versus any ringing or resonance. The transmissive noise is yet to be determined but I still have the isolation foam and rubber to go in as well.

Yes, I plan on rotating the car on the rack and getting as much coverage as possible. I still have a quarter of the 50' roll left plus two more full rolls.
