hMM? That seems extremly low. I think my vin on my 280Z is much higher. Maybe you're referring to the last 240Z manufactured? I could stand corrected.

According to the microfiche it would be HLS30-47009 for the two seater and GHLS30-124742 for the 2+2. 6/78 build date on both. That is for US models.

Thanks! It seems my S30 wasn't as close to the end of production as I thought. Mine starts with 444, I believe, manufactured in Jan of 78. I think production ceased in June of that same year.

....I wonder if we can track down the last S30. Hmmmm....Maybe worth something?

Ours is a 1971 240Z with HLS3028499 ... so seems newer.

Would it be possible to track down the last S30 ever produced? Hopefully she's at least still intact.
