Wow ! That is what I have, cool YouTube, thanks again Gavin. I can’t wait to see your fine work .

I found similar results with CHROME markers.  CHROME has different tips to choose.  GUNDAM has colors; gun metal and a clear coat.

Here is my tool box , Prince tools are inside in the box .

I found one big wrench which has name ダットサン(Datsun)  I think it is very old tool , maybe before WW2 ?

Kats,

Interesting your tool box is tan (bamboo), similar color to my Patrol box.

There is also a gray color Prince box:

Did you but this tool box recently?  I saw one a few months ago, but I did not bid on it.  I have been collecting more tools also.  Just bought a wooden handle screw driver.

I did not buy the Prince toolbox.

I too am always on the look out for tools, however I concentrate on Standard (non-metric) tools that were originally included with my early Datsun projects.

Hi Kats,

Thought you might like to see this. Looks like an HS30 with Blue / Blue paint and interior combination. This is only the second such HS30 I've come across in my years (now) of collecting HS30 data.

Thanks Keith, you have a Patrol ! Does it have a L24 motor ?
I don’t have any knowledge about Nissan cars before S30 cars , but I remember Nissan engineers said bolts and nuts were mixed up with inches and millimeters. For late 1960’s cars like S30,  they decided to use only millimeters for convenience. By the way, I have read that Nissan rally cars used less variation of sizes of bolts and nuts to minimize number of tools for fast operations.

Chris , I too love hunting tools , wooden handle screw drivers are my favorite one. My recommendation is to get spark plug wrench , that is cool to add your correction.

Kats,

My 1969 Patrol L60 has a 3.956 L pushrod motor.  (The L Series is a "modern" engine, never envisioned by the Patrol designers.)

As the subject of tool boxes has been touched on, this is on its way from Japan as we speak... a Nissan tool bag, and the seller put some tools in for free.

Thanks Keith, what a fascinating engine! I am so impressed , I have never seen it before. In-line 6 cylinder, 4 litter, very big engine. How many still out there ? Maybe very rare I guess.

Thanks Gavin, HS30 blue on blue is very rare as your observation. How about other color combinations? Green with Tan , white with red , etc .
Buy the way , my understanding is up to August 1973 , lime yellow, green metallic and brown metallic are only for export market . Is this applicable for HS30 territory?

Grand Prix Maroon is only for Fairlady Z series. Oh , Universal blue ‘903’ was not available for Fairlady Z series .
